Clean, comfortable room. Satisfactory Wi-Fi. Tasty food with English menu. Good health facilities. Friendly staff, with one fluent English speaker.

The yellow wooden cottage in the complex was cute and cozy, with hand-carved details that added to its charm. The onsite restaurant was a great convenience, offering delicious meals for breakfast and dinner. We also appreciated the beautiful surroundings and the easy access to local transportation, which made exploring the area a breeze.
We did notice a significant amount of dead bugs in the cottage upon arrival, which was a bit unpleasant. it was a bit difficult to reach the hotel by public transportation, and the distance to the nearby attraction was a bit too far to walk comfortably.

The hotel's location was perfect for visiting the nearby love tunnel. the rooms were clean and had satisfactory Wi-Fi. the restaurant had tasty food and even had an English version menu available. the staff were friendly and helpful, even with language barriers. the complex had health facilities available, including a salt room and a relaxing herbal bath.
The shower drainage had some issues, but overall, the hotel provided a comfortable stay for families with children.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel complex near the love tunnel. The surroundings were very peaceful, and I found the apartment to be very spacious and clean. The staff were incredibly helpful, and despite the language barrier, they made an effort to assist me with anything I needed - they even used translator tools to communicate! The menu at the restaurant was impressive, and they had an English version which made things easier for me. Lastly, the health facilities were fantastic, I particularly enjoyed the relaxing "Кедрова фітобочка".
All was good.

The hotel had nice clean rooms and the restaurant offered tasty food. It was also conveniently located near a popular tourist attraction.
The staff was not very accommodating. They seemed uninterested in helping us and did not provide us with any useful information about the area or the hotel. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was very slow and frustrating to use. we were disappointed with our experience at this hotel.
